• Schedule meeting
We would like to talk with you to start. This can be done over phone, Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc.
• Discuss your vision
We’ll chat about your business goals, company direction, and together we can ascertain your company’s needs and determine an appropriate package.
Contract and payment
• We get it in writing
We take your desired requirements, and we then document the phases of work to be completed.
• Make your initial payment
We typically require 50% up front for phase 1. Phase 1 could, for example, be just your beginning basic requirement goals, or whatever we collectively define with you.
Files and access
• We share access with you
We will give you access into our systems, such as Slack, monday.com or other tools, so that we can coordinate on your project.
• You share files and access with us
If we seem like a good fit for you, then you can start giving us access to your systems (e.g. Webflow accounts, marketing systems), sharing your design documents, and whatever you have that can help us. We may alternatively help you set-up account(s) where necessary.
Start project work
• Tackling tasks
Now that you are all set up to work in our systems and we have access to yours, we can start to work together on your task list. You can make requests to us, and we will work those tasks until completion. We will keep working until the project is complete.
• Regular meetings (if you want)
We like to keep in touch. Even though we have multiple means of communicating with you via phone, chat and other channels, we still like to touch base to make sure that we are all on the same page.
Wrap things up
• Verify that you are satisfied
We like to hear back from our clients that they are happy with our work. We might even ask you for an online review. If you are content with the results, then we will close out the contract. Otherwise, if you are not fully happy, then we will do whatever we can to come to solutions that brings you joy. We never like to hear that a client is not 100% satisfied.

I am totally satisfied with this WebTeam. For a reasonable fee all the changes and fixes that I needed to be done on my Philadelphia Virtuosi Chamber Orchestra website were taken care of. My website expert was Erik, who knew what he was doing, kept in touch with me by phone and email, and made sure all that I wanted was done, even though it went beyond the hours that I paid for (they completed the extra work at no extra charge). I wholeheartedly recommend WebTeam!

WebTeam designed a website for UCLA, an academic institution of which I'm the lead coordinator. They are a highly responsive team that worked to address all of our needs. They have very reasonable rates, and are committed to producing a quality project, generating revisions when and as needed. They also take the time to explain the updates and functionality of their product, allowing faculty to learn how to generate their own content for the website. We are going to retain them for maintenance and updates to the website and are confident that our online database will continue to grow with the foundation they have provided.
